Do you need to move your aquatic life to a new pond?

If you have found yourself in a position where you are moving house or office and you are keen to move your pets along with you, it must be done in the most sensitive manner.

Aquascape has all the necessary equipment required for fast and safe transportation of your valued specimens.

It could be that your fish need temporary accommodation while your pond is cleaned.

Whatever the reason for moving your fish, it should be carried out by someone who is fully confident in organising the preparation of your fish beforehand, transportation and subsequent acclimatisation to their new surroundings.

Transporting your fish and other pond life

When you choose Aquascape for your pond fish transportation, we will ensure the required number of company vans are equipped with the necessary transportation tanks - these come with secure covers.

Once we have reached the collection destination, the transport tanks are filled with water and treated. The pond which the fish are housed in is then partially or fully drained and the livestock are carefully removed to the transportation tanks.

Once we reach the new destination, the fish can be acclimatised and released into their new home. If the new pond isn’t ready, temporary holding tanks are available to rent along with the relevant filtration, pumps and cover nets.
